Refund policy

At Mini Magnet Company, most items are custom-made using the photos you upload. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if there is a production issue with your order, we will make it right.
30-Day Production Issue Guarantee
You have 30 days after delivery to contact us if your order has a production problem, such as:

magnets arrived damaged

printing defect (unexpected streaks, smudges, severe discoloration)

wrong item received
-
clear manufacturing defects (peeling, major surface flaws, etc.)
To request help, email us at hello@minimagnetcompany.com with:

your order number
-
a brief description of the issue
-
photos of the item and packaging (required to approve a remake/replacement)
What we’ll do (Remakes / Replacements)
If the issue is confirmed as a production problem, we will typically offer:

a free remake/replacement (our preferred solution), or
-
a refund (only if a remake is not possible or reasonable)
We may ask you to confirm your shipping address before sending a replacement.
Returns
Because our magnets are personalized, we do not accept returns in most cases.
If we determine a physical return is necessary (rare), we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return label. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Order Changes / Cancellations
Custom orders may begin processing quickly. Once an order is in production, we may not be able to cancel or edit uploaded photos or options. If you need a change, email us as soon as possible: hello@minimagnetcompany.com.
Refund timing (when approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider, but typically appears within 10 business days.
