This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for Mini Magnet Company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and the shipping option you select:

Economy

  • Free on orders $50.00+

  • $4.90 for orders 0–5 lb

  • $19.90 for orders 5–70 lb

Standard

  • $6.90 for orders 0–1 lb

  • $9.90 for orders 1–5 lb

Carriers

We ship using USPS (shipping labels purchased through Shopify/USPS services).

Processing Time

Because our products are custom-made, orders require production time before shipment.
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary based on order volume, customization needs, and seasonal demand.

Delivery Time (Transit)

Delivery times begin after your order ships and are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can occur due to weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

  • packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer entry error

If you notice an address error, email us immediately at hello@minimagnetcompany.com. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it:

  • check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors

  • contact the carrier using the tracking number

Damaged Packages / Issues on Arrival

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@minimagnetcompany.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
