Welcome to Mini Magnet Company. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mini Magnet Company. Mini Magnet Company operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you with a shopping experience. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS (CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS)
We make every effort to provide accurate product information and images. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your screen/device settings and the nature of printing.
Many of our products are custom-made using photos and/or text you provide. By uploading photos or submitting personalization text, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it, and
- the content does not violate the rights of any third party.
Because personalized products are made to order, minor variations (including color tones, cropping, alignment, and print appearance) may occur and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products, and limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Mini Magnet Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive/process payment.
Order changes / cancellations: Custom orders may enter production quickly. Once processing or production has started, we may be unable to cancel, change, or edit your order (including changes to uploaded photos, personalization text, or product options). Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Returns, refunds, and remakes are handled solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed. Prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by Shopify and/or our payment providers.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All content on the Services (including trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and images) is owned by Mini Magnet Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Mini Magnet Company is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Mini Magnet Company. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Mini Magnet Company, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Mini Magnet Company.
